Santa Parade Rules and Regulations:

Arrival & Assembly: Floats must arrive at the marshalling area (Rosser between 1st and 6th Street) between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm for a 6:00 pm start. Enter through the "BACK DOOR" at 1st and Rosser. You will be assigned your position upon arrival, under the authority of the Parade Marshall.

Safety & Insurance: All entries must be insured and safe for travel. Ensure no sharp objects, loose pieces, or heights exceeding 13 feet.

Candy & Giveaways: For safety reasons, no items—including candy, coupons, or trinkets—can be thrown or handed out from any float. Donations of candy or funds for distribution are welcome.

Santa Claus: Only the official Santa Claus, riding on the final float, is allowed.

Judging & Sponsors: To participate in judging, your group/business/organization's name must be clearly visible on your float. Awards will be given in the following categories, sponsored by local businesses:

This Year’s Theme: "Christmas Around the World"
Floats will be judged on their creative use of lights and how well they represent the spirit of Christmas. Playing Christmas-themed music is highly encouraged (vehicle hazard lights do not count!).
